                             KNOW ALL MEN AND WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that as a Voting Member (CIREB Principal Member/Corporate Officer/Past-president) of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (the “Corporation”), a New York corporation, does hereby constitute and appoint, Timothy McGuire, Nominating Committee Chair, Tyler Culberson, 2024 President, or the Voting member specifically identified below, attorney(s)-in-fact and proxy to attend and cast all votes and express all approvals or disapprovals on my behalf at the Annual Meeting of the Voting Membership to be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at the Fort Orange Club, Albany New York.

                             The Meeting will come to order at 3pm to be held for the purpose of election of officers and directors, for voting on any proposed amendments to CIREB’s bylaws and on all other matters which may come before the 2024 Annual Meeting, or any continuation or adjournment of such meeting, with full power to vote on the slate of officers and directors as previously submitted to the Voting Members, giving to said proxy full power of substitution and revocation, and the undersigned does further revoke any other proxy heretofore given.
